Once more we’re hit with another Champion Rotation of League of Legends - Annie, one of my most highly recommended champions to learn for new players on on this rotation - and some champions who are top level that people should start learning later on - like Vladimir - and the star of top of the tree is Talon - who I think is underrated and will start appearing soon in the top level games.
